Business and leisure travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable rate, look no further than Albert Road Garden Guesthouse in Walmer. We have 6 spacious en-suite rooms nestled amongst the trees in our tranquil back garden. We are close to the airport, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and other amenities.
ACCOMMODATION
Six stylish and tastefully decorated rooms designed for your ultimate comfort. Four large, luxurious rooms have sleeper couches, and a full en-suite bathroom . Two slightly smaller rooms have en-suite showers. Our beds are extrememly comfortable, and guests have the option of kingsize or twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans, and are equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee/tea tray, DSTV and dvd player.
Each room has it’s own private entrance, and there is secure parking directly in front of the rooms. All rooms are non smoking. There is a smoking area outdoors. Rooms are serviced daily.
BREAKFAST and DINING
Breakfast is optional and is served in our diningroom just above the pool area. We offer a full English breakfast, as well as fresh fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt, fruit juices, coffee and tea. We do offer other meals by prior arrangement, but encourage guests to make use of the numerous restaurants and take aways nearby.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES and FACILITIES
We have a delightful rock pool and braai (bbq) area with pizza oven which guests are welcome to make use of. Free wireless internet access for guests with laptops. Free airport shuttle service any time of day or night. We have extra single beds and a camp cot available if needed.
ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
There are numerous things to do in and around Port Elizabeth. At our beachfront we have the Oceanarium, and Boardwalk Entertainment Complex and Casino, with shop, restaurants and various activities. We are known for our beautiful beaches, and can organize diving excursions, whale watching, kiteboarding and surfing lessons, as well as other adventure activities, including hiking, cycling, quadbiking, and tours to malaria free game reserves and Addo National Elephant Park all within an hours drive of Port Elizabeth. We also have Kragga Kamma Game Reserve and Seaview Lion Park in Port Elizabeth.
LOCATION
We are centrally situated, with easy access to the freeway, and are only a few kilometers from beaches, shopping malls, sports stadiums, golf courses, gyms, hospitals and other amenities.
