DESCRIPTION:
Brighton Lodge is situated in a prime position on the Port Elizabeth beachfront 300 meters from one of the city’s most popular beaches in the upmarket suburb of Summerstrand.
Brighton Lodge has been providing upmarket beachfront accommodation to discerning local and international tourists and corporate clients for almost 20 years. The Lodge was one of the first guest houses styled along the lines of a boutique hotel. The original concept was to create a guest house that would provide guests with the convenience and comforts of a hotel whilst maintaining a more personal guest house feel.
Accommodation
Accommodation comprises 11 self-contained guest suites all with en -suite bathrooms and patios. Each suite has its own character and individual theme ranging from African to Mauritian - which is one of the many things that distinguishes Brighton’s accommodation from that often encountered at other accommodation establishments.
At Brighton Lodge you will find accommodation that combines the modern convenience of boutique hotel with home comforts to create an ambiance that provides guests with a feeling of being at home whilst enjoying our accommodation facilities and reasonable rates.
Facilities
Brighton Lodge has all the modern conveniences and facilities you would expect to find in a hotel (including Internet, wifi, bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, DSTV, breakfast dining room, laundry service etc) but at the same time provides the comfort, seclusion, privacy and personal touch associated with a guest house (including spacious rooms with separate entrances, private patios, beautiful tranquil gardens, kitchenette and breakfast in your room if you prefer). There is also off street secure parking on the property.
Conferences
The Training / Conference Room can accommodate 14 persons. TV, Overhead screen and flip chart provided. Other equipment can be hired on request. Can also be used for a breakfast room for large groups.
Location
We are five minutes from the airport and one of South Africa’s top golf courses and within close walking distance of the Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Complex and many top restaurants, pubs and shopping centres.
