DESCRIPTION:
Cactusberry Cottage is a thatched holiday home situated on the dunes, overlooking the St Francis Bay Golf Course, 200m to the village centre, shops and clubhouse and about 10 mins walk to the beach.
The house is self-catering and comfortably sleeps six people.
The protected patio looks over the large, north facing garden to the golf course with stunning, uninterrupted views of the distant mountains and coastline. It is equipped with outdoor table, chairs, a large umbrella, a braai and 2 loungers.
Accommodation
This spacious holiday home offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living / dining / kitchen area with an African flair.
The large Master bedroom en suite has a bathroom with shower, corner tub and bidet.
The two smaller bedrooms share a shower / wc.
All bedrooms have the possibility of Kingsize or single beds with orthopedic, extra long mattresses. Best quality linen is supplied as well as towels, including kitchen and beach towels.
Facilities
The fully equipped kitchen will cater for every need with dishwasher, coffee/espresso machine and microwave oven. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The comfortable lounge has DStv and DVD.
There is a large double garage and plenty of parking.
The house has a security sytem and can be serviced if required.
