DESCRIPTION:
We extend a very warm welcome to you at Swallows Nest Country Cottages, situated in the heart of the Tsitsikamma in the quaint village of Storms River.
Accommodation
We offer a selection of six upmarket, spacious and very comfortable 2-bedroomed self-catering chalets, all with en-suite bathrooms with showers and/or baths, accommodating from two up to six people per chalet in a scenic and peaceful setting, to enjoy your holiday surrounded by forests and mountains and the sea a short drive away.
The chalets, situated in a scenic garden setting with an attractive swimming-pool, are fully equipped with hobs, microwave ovens, fridge/freezers, colour TVs, fans and heaters; linen and towels are supplied and each chalet has a lovely private patio with a BBQ / braai facility.
Bed configuration
Hyacinth Cottage and Bluebell Cottage:
These chalets are identical in layout and can accommodate up to 6 persons per chalet.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen-size bed and 1 single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 2: 3 single beds, en-suite bathroom with bath (mezzanine floor)
Oaktree Cottage & Blackwood Cottage:
These chalets are identical in layout and can accommodate up to 6 persons per chalet.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-size bed and bunk beds, en-suite bathroom with shower
Sweetpea Cottage & Snowdrop Cottage:
Sweet Pea and Snowdrop can accommodate up to 3 persons per chalet.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, shared with Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2: 1 single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, shared with Bedroom 1

All chalets are attractively furnished and fully equipped with a hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer etc.
Linen and towels are provided.

Surrounding area
Ideal for nature lovers and bird watchers, the Tsitsikamma is a wonderland for all and offers a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. Closely situated to the Tsitsikamma National Park with its breath-taking scenery, trails, enjoy a walk to the Suspension Bridge, the stone age cave or take a short boat trip up the Storms River Gorge, enjoy peaceful walks in the unspoilt Tsitsikamma Forests. Also, for the more adventurous, there are unusual activities such as the Treetop Canopy Tours, Tsitsikamma Falls Zipline, the world’s highest Bungy Jump off the Bloukrans Bridge, the attractions are many!
