DESCRIPTION:
The Ridges apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the beautiful treed suburb of Walmer, and offers relaxed comfort in a tranquil garden setting. Walmer is one of the oldest and most beautiful suburbs in Port Elizabeth and is very centrally situated within close proximity to all amenities, beaches, shopping centres, airport and St Georges Hospital.
Accommodation
Our cottage is situated in a beautiful park-like garden, is completely private with secure undercover parking and is separate from the main dwelling. The beautifully decorated accommodation consists of King-size (or twin bedded) room with comfy lounge chairs, plus luxury en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate hob, kettle, toaster cutlery and crockery etc. There is a lovely private patio leading off the bedroom. This is a non-smoking establishment, guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. Unit is serviced twice a week, with fresh linen.
Breakfast
A substantial Continental breakfast is served in the privacy of you own dining area.

Location and Amenities
Port Elizabeth, known as the friendly City, is the gateway to the Eastern Cape and is located on the South Eastern coastline with some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Port Elizabeth is unique and offers many wonderful game reserves in a malaria-free area, offering the "Big Five", only an hour’s drive from the city. The famous Elephant Park in Addo is a brilliant experience with a large herd of elephants and many varieties of antelope and birds.
Kragga Kama Game Park and the Seaview Lion Park are on the outskirts of the city. The Boardwalk Casino, beachfront, Oceanarium and museum are 10 a minute drive away. The 1820 Settlers landed in Algoa Bay (PE) and the Eastern Cape is steeped in history travelling up to Grahamstown and surrounds.
Walmer town centre offers all the amenities within walking distance from our property, library, supermarket, hairdressers etc. We have lovely challenging golf course 10 minutes away. The Port Elizabeth Airport is very conveniently situated and is only 8 minutes drive away. |
