Zareba B&B is nestled away within the charming suburb of Richmond Hill, in the historical and quaint heart of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Richmond Hill has retained much of the atmosphere of the old days, and the architecture of the guest house reflects the character and charm of the area.
All in all, Zareba offers guests a tranquil, private and secure home away from home, and is the perfect hideaway for the traveller. We combine warm hospitality and relaxed comfort for local leisure travellers, business executives, and international tourists.
Accommodation
Zareba offers quality accommodation and is set in a beautiful English garden with lavender bushes and a water fountain. The guesthouse consists of three bedrooms all with full en-suite bathrooms, and boasts a beautifully decorated open plan lounge, TV Room and kitchen which makes up the communal living. Beautiful local artworks adorn the walls, and every piece of furniture has been carefully selected for our guests comfort.
Upstairs are two rooms directly opposite each other - one with double bed with en suite bathroom, the other with twin beds and en suite bathroom – perfect for a family. The parents can relax in their own private room, knowing their children are safe and comfortable nearby.
The downstairs room has twin sleigh beds and opens up through French doors onto a beautiful garden and a splash pool.
Self Catering
A comfortable, newly renovated self-cater garden cottage that sleeps up to four is also available. With its own entrance, a small patio, a fully equipped kitchenette, and full bathroom en suite it is the perfect accommodation for a family or more independent holiday maker.

A full English Breakfast is available at an extra charge per person.
Facilities
For those hot summer evenings, one can have a dip in the sparkling splash pool, or sit outside on the front patio and have a drink while using the braai facilities. For cold winter nights, cosy up on the Chaise Lounge and read a book in front of a roaring fire.
Attractions and Activities
The guesthouse is in close proximity to the Central Business District, Freeway System, main beaches, Golf Clubs, Bowling Clubs, Hospitals, and the best Shopping Centres and leading Restaurants Port Elizabeth has to offer. All manner of sports and entertainment amenities are within either walking distance or a short drive. There are also many beauty clinics in Richmond Hill, offering a wide variety of beauty treatments.
Zareba is an easy walk away from the trendy "Stanley on Bain" complex of top restaurants offering cuisine to suit any palate. Across the road from Zareba is a popular Indian restaurant, touted by its regulars as being the best of its kind in Port Elizabeth.
